Warranty & Repairs
Lifetime Warranty
Every piece from Maison Éclat is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes faults in materials, craftsmanship, and structural integrity under normal wear.
Our warranty covers:
- • Defective metalwork or soldering
- • Loose or faulty stone settings
- • Clasp or hinge malfunctions
- • Premature tarnishing or discolouration (excluding natural patina)
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, loss, theft, or normal wear such as surface scratches and minor dents.
Complimentary Services
As part of our commitment to lasting quality, we offer the following services at no charge:
Annual Inspection & Cleaning: Professional assessment and cleaning to maintain optimal condition
One Complimentary Resize: Within the first year of purchase (subject to design limitations)
Minor Adjustments: Clasp tightening, chain length adjustment, and similar refinements
Repair Services
For repairs not covered under warranty, we provide expert restoration services at our London workshop. All work is carried out by our master jewellers using traditional techniques and original materials where possible.
Common repair services include:
- • Stone replacement or re-setting
- • Ring resizing beyond the complimentary service
- • Chain repair or replacement
- • Re-polishing and refinishing
- • Engraving and personalisation
A detailed quotation will be provided before any work commences. Most repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks; more complex restoration may require additional time.
